- ➤ A mild winter in Montana is leading to increased bear sightings and conflicts occurring later than usual, noted Daniel McHugh, a bear specialist from Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks. Local residents are advised to secure trash and bird feeders and to report bear activity. KULR8
