- ➤ A Blue Angels jet will fly over Billings at around 12:30 p.m. today — marking the start of the 2026 Yellowstone International Air Show and America's 250th celebration — and tickets for the show will go live immediately after the flyover. KULR8
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Newman Elementary teacher Amber Dimich was honored today through One Class at a Time, which recognizes educators who inspire creativity. The Education Foundation for Billings Public Schools, Western Security Bank, and City Brew Coffee awarded her a $500 grant + a $150 gift card. KTVQ
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The South 21st Street underpass in Billings is under review as the Metropolitan Planning Organization presents four options — including raising clearance to 13.5 feet for emergency vehicles — while a public survey closes next week with fewer than 200 responses so far. KTVQ
- ➤ Meadowlark mobile home park withdrew its application for city water after council feedback on its missing annexation request. The park (formerly Blain’s Mobile Home Court) upgraded its filtration system in 2023 and may reapply if it meets annexation guidelines. KTVQ

- ➤ Montana and Montana State women’s and men’s basketball teams will play in the first Brawl of the Wild rivalry games for the 2025-26 seasons this Saturday, with the women starting at 2 p.m. at Worthington Arena and the men beginning at 7 p.m. on The Spot – MTN. KTVQ
