- ➤ The Montana DEQ has set new rules requiring incinerator permit holders to seek approval for burns after a September malfunction at the Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter that filled the building with meth-laced smoke. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ A new clinic opened in Billings at the Montana Rescue Mission (South Side) to provide primary and behavioral health care to those experiencing homelessness. It operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., closing for one hour on Wednesdays. KULR8
