- ➤ A Billings homeowner, Sam Ouzts, found fresh tire tracks in his yard on Tuesday morning at the corner of Rehberg Lane & Colton Boulevard and voiced concerns for children using the nearby sidewalks. He said the irregular design means repair costs fall on him and plans to add a hedge to deter drivers. KTVQ
- ➤ River, a 16-month-old therapy dog adopted last November by Reserve Deputy Halligan’s family, supports Billings public schools by responding to emergencies from his base at the Yellowstone County Sheriff’s Office.
