- ➤ Freckles and Tomcat Rescue hosted a dog adoption event at the Carpet Barn on Saturday—about ten pups greeted local families. By the close of the event, two puppies and one adult dog found homes, and organizers plan to hold more adoption events in the future. KULR8

- ➤ Four dogs from Western Montana earned top placements at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York City, making the region proud. Notable wins include Bodacious as Best of Breed and Shimmer and Winslow also receiving honors — a milestone for local competitors. KULR8
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ On Valentine's Day, the Billings Curling Club hosted a Learn-to-Curl event that drew 45 people — more than double its usual turnout. The club hopes Olympic excitement will boost lasting interest in curling at the Centennial Ice Arena. KTVQ
