- ➤ Tuesday night, Billings City Council considered selling the historic Babcock Theater for $1 to Art House, with the sale including $100,000 for a roof deductible and $500,000 for repairs so the 750-seat venue can be restored. - ➤ After 17 structure fires in January — the highest in three years — Billings firefighters now begin contract negotiations with the city today as their current contract expires June 30, and the talks will address pay and benefits with upcoming changes to property-tax revenue in view. KTVQ
