Rocky Mountain College installed a custom-built ALSIM AL100i Flight Simulator in September 2025 to help train future pilots on campus near Billings, enhancing hands-on learning and preparing students for aviation careers.

The DEQ is taking public comment on the CHS Laurel project at a refinery near the Yellowstone River (520 feet away) to improve water treatment and reduce volatile organic compounds.

Two robots at Billings Clinic Hospital, Meryl Sweep and Dirt Reynolds, have raised cleanliness scores 10% in four months since their December arrival, cleaning up to 25,000 sqft of lobby floors.
