- ➤ Meghan Zinne, wife of a Billings man who died on Red Lodge Mountain after a ski lift accident two weeks ago, has launched an independent investigation and is requesting records from the resort — RiverStone Health raised alarms after six overdoses were reported in three days including one fatality. - ➤ Billings-based Anderson Towing is suing the city and Police Chief Rich St. John, saying its constitutional rights were violated when it was removed from the local tow rotation without notice or a hearing. - ➤ On March 27, the House Appropriations Committee advanced House Bill 2, a budget plan that outlines spending over $16 billion in the next two years and adds more funding for state mental health beds and the restoration of the 1-2-Free dual enrollment program.
