The 55th Annual MSU Billings Powwow took place last Friday and Saturday at the MSU Billings Alterowitz Gym—hundreds gathered to celebrate Native American culture with music, dancing, vendors, and a new stick game tournament that raised funds for the All Nations Club.

Photographer Steve Leitner from near Hogeland warns that AI-generated images—created quickly with software—are crowding his authentic Montana landscape photos on social media, making it harder for his work to stand out while he struggles to cover his expenses.
