  • The Billings Chamber of Commerce presented its Playbook for Prosperity program today with plans for four sports venues including a $21 million indoor facility for basketball, a $16 million ice arena for 2,000 people, a $2.5 million rodeo arena, and a $12.5 million upgrade to Daylis Stadium. Officials say the new projects will boost local sports and attract visitors—helping to grow the local economy.  KULR8

  • Billings Public Schools has 17 exchange students this year, and coordinator Sharonna LeBrun is asking for more local families to host new students as 167 applicants still wait for placements.
