- ➤ A three-vehicle crash on King Avenue near Pizza Ranch in Billings injured two people and caused traffic backups as police and first responders treated the injured and cleared the road. KULR8

- ➤ Stockman Bank plans to purchase the Billings Gazette building in downtown Billings and is working through inspections and other steps to complete the deal while keeping the building's historic look. CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Justin Hosey was taken into custody on Saturday and now faces homicide charges after authorities found 62-year-old Mike Huston's charred body in a burned mobile home in Yellowstone County—court documents show Hosey allegedly tied Huston up and set him on fire, and he is expected to appear in court soon. - ➤ Residents in Lockwood are worried about a sewage leak that has spilled about 300 gallons of waste down an alley for nearly two years—homeowner Steve Nave said he feels sick on hot days and that calls to local officials have not fixed the problem. - ➤ New CDC data showed nearly a 27 percent drop in overdose deaths nationwide last year with about 80,000 deaths recorded, and Montana recorded 170 overdose deaths—a 7.61 percent decrease from 2023. Washington reported 3,137 overdose deaths—a 10.68 percent decline, while Idaho recorded 323 deaths and Spokane County has seen rising overdose cases since 2019. KULR8
