On Thursday, the city and Billings Public Schools celebrated 10 years of the Kids in Motion program at Sandstone Elementary in the Heights, where bike repair experts fixed students' bikes for free.

The program, which started in 2015, has repaired more than 1,900 bikes and helps keep kids active and safe.

A Billings man faces a murder charge after he allegedly drugged and set a 62 year old amputee on fire at Meadowlark Trailer Park, while residents in Lockwood say a long-standing sewage leak near Bluebird Street has raised health concerns.
