- ➤ Ramsey Keller Memorial held its 14th annual Run for Heaven's Sake 5k at Rimrock West Park on Sunday as about 1,000 people ran to honor infants and raise funds for funeral costs. The event featured a line of posters with names of lost children near the finish and will help pay for 120 infant funerals each year. KTVQ
- ➤ More than 100 car enthusiasts gathered near Rimrock Mall for a family-friendly meetup that showcased classic and rare vehicles and included free donuts to celebrate their passion for cars. A previous unofficial gathering on May 9 at Town Pump gas station saw a fight break out with shots fired and bullet holes on a car — police clarified the incident was not linked to any registered car clubs. - ➤ A 51-year-old man from Billings was found dead in an alley near Adams Street and Roosevelt Avenue just after 10 p.m. Friday night—officers reported stab and blunt force injuries as detectives investigate the homicide. KULR8
- ➤ Billings Police Department responded to a weapons-related incident on the 200 block of Lewis Avenue on May 17th at 8:32 p.m. when a 39-year-old woman pointed a gun at several victims and later climbed onto a roof at the 700 block of 22nd Street West—hostage negotiators removed her after several hours of talks and she was arrested with no further threat to the public. - ➤ Billings Police responded to a suspicious package at Old Chicago Pizza just after 9:00 a.m. on Sunday—officers and the bomb squad rendered the package safe and temporarily closed the area as they continued their investigation. KULR8
