- ➤ Billings Women's Network, started six years ago by the Billings Chamber of Commerce & now with about 100 members, met this month at Switch Society to learn about fashion and sustainability. The meeting was hosted at the clothing swap store founded by entrepreneur Emily Petroff & used a points system to let members shop without cash. KTVQ
- ➤ Jamielee Rindahl, once a Kansas tornado chaser, now runs the Billings Area Weather Facebook group with over 21,000 members that gives local weather updates—she began her passion for storms in third grade. KTVQ
- ➤ More than 2,000 people gathered in Billings on Flag Day at the Yellowstone County Courthouse to join the 'No Kings' protest against the current administration. Organizer Elizabeth Klarich said the peaceful demonstration—featuring music, art, chants and signs—was planned with Billings Police on standby. KULR8

- ➤ Morgan Wilson said her attacker Kelly Navarro, who was sentenced to six months after a July 2022 assault downtown, has not served time because her appeal stalled the case in Yellowstone County’s overburdened district court for over 700 days—prompting Wilson to leave Billings due to safety concerns.
