- ➤ A Billings man was charged a year after a road rage incident that led to Osborne’s death from blunt force injuries to the head (with his enlarged heart worsening the injury), authorities said. Billings Gazette
- ➤ Kristopher Michael Harasymczuk was sentenced to 95 years in prison for the murder of his 4-year-old stepson Jaxsynn after evidence showed he repeatedly abused the child in his Billings home—he was also found guilty of assaulting a minor and tampering with evidence. Billings Gazette
- ➤ Today, a neighborhood dispute escalated into a shooting on Burlington Avenue in Billings when law enforcement responded at around 11:00 a.m., taking the victim to a hospital while the shooter was released without charges for acting in self-defense + the County Attorney will review the case.
