The Billings Fire Department determined that fireworks caused the explosion and fire at Poly Drive Elementary School after reviewing security camera footage.

A Billings man was charged a year after a road rage incident that led to Osborne’s death from blunt force injuries to the head (with his enlarged heart worsening the injury), authorities said.

Kristopher Michael Harasymczuk was sentenced to 95 years in prison for the murder of his 4-year-old stepson Jaxsynn after evidence showed he repeatedly abused the child in his Billings home—he was also found guilty of assaulting a minor and tampering with evidence.
