ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Montana Highway Patrol is investigating two deadly crashes in Carbon County — one on US 310 near Rockville where a head-on collision between an SUV and a truck injured a 29-year-old woman and killed a 20-year-old man, and another near Fromberg where a 67-year-old Billings driver died when his SUV, making a U-turn onto US 310, was struck by a truck — with investigations ongoing. - ➤ Billings police say a serious crash at 8 p.m. involving two motorcycles and a vehicle injured one rider (the other had minor injuries) near the intersection of Laurel Road and Foote Street, leading to closures east and west near the Muzzle Loader Cafe. KTVQ

- ➤ Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks is recommending raising the wolf quota from 334 to 500 next season after a report counted 1,091 wolves in 2024, a slight drop from the previous year. Hunters and trappers can take up to 15 wolves per license—supporting efforts to meet legislative goals for a sustainable wolf population. KTVQ
