United Way of Yellowstone County is running a school supply campaign to help Billings families pay for back-to-school items; donation sites are available at its headquarters on Overland and Mattress King stores through Aug.

13. The effort follows last year’s drive that supported over 700 families—this year supplies like notebooks, markers and hygiene items are needed with a community drop-off day on Aug. 13 and supply distribution set for Aug. 19 and 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
