On July 31, the Montana Department of Livestock issued a Notice of Proposed License Suspension for Meadow Gold’s Billings milk processing plant for repeated violations of pasteurized milk standards—dirty equipment, mold and residue risking milk spoilage.
The plant must fix issues or request a hearing within 48 hours.
