Billings police held a 32 year old man after a high speed chase on Tuesday night in South Billings when he allegedly tried to hit an officer with a stolen vehicle — in southeastern Montana, crews are fighting wildfires including a fire covering 1000 acres near Colstrip and a blaze burning 1500 acres in Treasure County, while the Tumbleweed nonprofit is giving school supplies to students facing homelessness as schools expect about 550 such students this fall.
Jaylen Migual Medicine Bull, 32, pleaded not guilty to felony charges for criminal endangerment and vehicle theft and a misdemeanor for driving with a high blood alcohol level after leading a police chase in south Billings Tuesday evening after stealing a vehicle from Bozeman — bail was set at $500,000 and his next hearing is scheduled for Sept. 26.
