On Saturday, Preserve Montana and the Western Heritage Center held Explore Montana: Hidden Billings, a self-guided tour that opened 12 rarely seen historic properties including the Babcock and Yukon buildings.
The event, organized over 10 months with help from 40 volunteers, was part of the 53rd Annual Montana History Conference.

Billings Clinic has added an advanced practice provider to its rapid response team so that when a bedside nurse sees a patient getting worse, the team can start treatment immediately — a change aimed at improving outcomes and reducing stays, especially for cases like sepsis.
