- ➤ Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter sent a bid on Friday to keep providing animal services without leasing the contaminated building on Monad Road and is now using a warehouse on Frontage Road for its operations. Billings City Administrator Chris Kukulski said the cleanup is nearly complete—DEQ certificate expected in early November—but the shelter will pursue new options for a long-term facility. KTVQ
- ➤ Billings community events started with a free Trunk or Treat held at the Family YMCA on October 24th, where families decorated vehicle trunks and shared candy with Trick-or-Treaters.
