- ➤ Hundreds gathered last weekend in Billings for the third annual Billings Powwow that celebrated tradition and honored loved ones + preserved Native American culture. Big Wind Windy Boy, the event’s chairman, said the powwow is planned to be a permanent November event that welcomes everyone. KULR8
