COMMUNITY NEWS
- ➤ Billings Roaddogs held their 41st annual Toy Run on Sunday and collected nearly $100,000 in donations while spending $95,000 on toys to help over (2500) local children during the holiday season. Donations will remain in southern Montana to support families in need. KULR8
- ➤ Billings Skate Park installed new lighting last November to boost safety and visibility, funded by a $20,000 award & a $100,000 grant along with private fundraising. The improvements are part of a larger plan to expand the park and address deeper safety issues on the Southside. KTVQ
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Billings Public Library will host a special story time for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities on Tuesday, Dec. 16 at 12 p.m. This monthly event offers stories, songs and sensory-friendly activities — a welcoming space for both participants and caregivers. KULR8
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ Golf simulators are opening in Southeastern Montana as part of a national trend that has nearly tripled since 2022. In Billings, Golf WRLD uses a German putting machine to help players improve their game during the winter (with busy sessions boosting local play). KTVQ
