- ➤ Yellowstone County Sheriff's Office Captain Kent O’Donnell said 16 of 42 dogs seized in Shepherd are still waiting for homes. They are kept at the former Yellowstone Valley Animal Shelter building (1735 Monad Rd) and he aims to rehome them within the next three weeks. KTVQ
