Join Billings Community Seed Library’s knowledgeable grower, Ann McKean, to learn tips and tricks for growing and harvesting herbs suited to Montana’s growing season. Also, enjoy a bit of culinary wizardry with Erin Gregory, Yellowstone County’s Family and Consumer Science Extension Agent, who can wield a knife to create precise chiffonade and create tasty treats to sample. They will share herb handouts, recipes, and door prizes from Popover Kitchen Supply!
